This Quiz (“Contest”) is brought to you by Aavana Greens Private Limited (Brand – Dekorr). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs.
ELIGIBILITY
You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest: (a) You should be an individual legal resident of India; (b) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest; and (e) You should have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport/Aadhar Card.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:
- This Contest will commence on 28 June 2020 from 2:00:00 p.m. (IST) to 24 July 11:59:00 p.m. (IST)
- In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must fill in the details in the given form.
- Once you follow us on Social Media, you can participate in the quiz where 7 (Seven) questions will be posted during the entire Contest Period.
- Thereafter, if you answer all the quiz questions correctly, you will be entitled for a lucky draw which will be carried out amongst participants who have answered that particular question correctly.
- The draw of lots will be carried out during the Contest Period for the questions and a total of 1 (One) participant will be selected as winners by a random draw of lots.
- The declared winner(s) will be eligible for winning a Cash Voucher* of Rs 1000/-.
MAILING LIST
By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing/calling list for promotional and other materials for Aavana Greens Pvt Ltd.
PRIZE DRAWING
The drawing for selection of the winners of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period. We will notify the selected participants by e-mail/SMS following the draw (“Notification Date”). The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs. Further, all selected participants will need to claim the Prize within 30 days from the Notification Date, failing which such selected participant will be understood to have forfeited the Prize.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change the T&C or cancel the Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (c) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest.
MISCELLANEOUS
The Contest and all accompanying materials are all by Aavana Greens Pvt Ltd. You agree that all our decisions related to the Contest are final and binding on you. Failure by Aavana Greens Pvt Ltd. to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. The decision of Aavana Greens Pvt Ltd. shall at all times be binding and final. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India and courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
